Before You Share

Do People Need a Photo Zone Account to Order?

No. Only the collection owner needs an account. Anyone with the private ordering link can choose photos and check out.

Can Other People Add Their Photos?

Yes. You can switch on a separate contributor link and approve new photos before they appear in the collection.

Can People Download the Original Photos?

No. Shared Photo Collections are designed for browsing and ordering Photo Zone products, not original file downloads.

How Long Is a Collection Kept?

Your collection stays available for 365 days. If you update or renew it, or someone places an order, the 365 days start again. We email you 30 days and 7 days before deletion.

Will I See What Other People Order?

No. Recipient orders stay private. You will not receive order notifications or see what anyone bought.
