Using Photo Zone

These terms apply when you browse the Photo Zone website, place an online order, use Click & Collect, or buy products and services from one of our stores.

By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the images, artwork or files supplied.

Orders And Acceptance

Your checkout confirmation means we have received your order. An order is accepted when we confirm it, begin production, dispatch it, or tell you it is ready to collect.

We may contact you if your files, product choices, address details or payment details need checking before production can continue.

  • Please check product, size, crop, finish, quantity and delivery method before paying.
  • For urgent changes, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if content is unlawful, infringes rights, cannot be produced safely or accurately, or where pricing or product information has been shown incorrectly.

Images, Cropping And Colour

You are responsible for supplying images with enough resolution for the product and size selected. Low-resolution, dark, blurry or heavily compressed files may not print as expected.

We provide previews where possible, but screen colour and print colour can differ. Unless a manual file check has been agreed, we print from the image, crop and options supplied at checkout.

Pricing And Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, upgrade options and any discounts are shown before payment.

Payment is taken securely at checkout. If a payment fails, the order will not be processed until payment is completed.

Production, Delivery And Collection

Production and delivery timings are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise. We aim to meet advertised dispatch windows for eligible products, but delays can occur during busy periods, bank holidays, courier disruption or where files need checking.

Click & Collect orders should be collected after you receive your ready email. Collection times depend on store opening hours and the product ordered.

  • Delivery options shown at checkout may vary by product, postcode, order timing and carrier availability.
  • Tracking details are sent where the selected delivery service provides tracking.
  • Please contact us quickly if your delivery address is wrong, as it may not be possible to change once an order has entered production or dispatch.

Cancellations, Returns And Refunds

Most Photo Zone products are personalised or made to order, so cancellations and change requests may not be possible once production has started.

If we make an error, or if your order is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will review the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a reprint, replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. For incorrect orders, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Returns for non-personalised items should be unused and in resaleable condition unless faulty.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Accounts, Offers And Site Availability

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Offers, vouchers and discounts may have separate eligibility rules, expiry dates or product exclusions.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but product information, pricing, stock and services may change. If we notice an error that affects your order, we will contact you before continuing where practical.
