General Delivery Information

We charge a flat rate for packing and delivery, whether you order one print or a thousand - so you know exactly what you're paying every time.

If your order is for photo prints, a photo gift or wall art product, and is placed before 2pm, we aim to ship orders on the same working day. Some items, such as Collagewall, may take longer. If you are ever in doubt, please contact us before ordering so we can make sure you get your item in time!

On occasion, even if the 2pm deadline has been missed, we can still get a Photo Zone product dispatched for next day delivery. If you think you're too late - please give us a call, and we will always do our best to fulfil your order when you need it.

In the event all products in your order cannot be provided within the specified timescale, a member of the team will contact you by phone and/or email as soon as possible.

We offer Express Delivery through DHL. This is provided as a Next Working Day service. In 99% of cases items are delivered as scheduled by DHL. In very rare instances parcels can be lost or delayed. We can take no responsibility for this, but, if your item is delayed, we will work with you to get it rectified as soon as possible.

We also offer a Standard Delivery service via Royal Mail. For this service we use Royal Mail 48 - this is not a signed for service, but the item is scanned upon successful delivery.

Day Dependant Dispatch

Monday - Thursday
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispached on the same working day. If you select Express Delivery, your item should arrive on the next working day.
Friday
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispached on Friday, and should be delivered on Monday. On some occasions DPD will deliver on a Saturday, but this is in no way guaranteed.
Saturday & Sunday
Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note, Bank Holidays will delay parcels by a further day as a minimum - as there are no collections or deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Couriers We Use

We use DHL for dispatched orders that have been requested on an express delivery service. Orders are automatically sent on a next day service, and you will receive an email with updates once your order has been dispatched. If you provide a mobile phone number when you order, DHL can provide you with updates via text message. Please note, DHL will deliver to Mainland UK only. If you would like to order from outside this area, please contact us before placing your order, and we would be happy to help, but please note there may be an increase to delivery costs.

This includes Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the following postcodes: AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM (ALL), IV (ALL), KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-78, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, ZE (ALL).

Alternatively, we can provide delivery via Royal Mail 48. This service takes approximately 2-3 working days, but can often be quicker. This service can be used for all UK postcodes, some highland and non-Mainland UK addresses may take slightly longer.

Click & Collect

If you opt to collect your order in one of our stores, we offer this FREE of packing and delivery charges. The majority of orders will be prepared at the store of your choosing and your prints or gifts would usually be available to collect in one hour. If this is not the case, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Damaged Orders

We strive to make sure your order arrives in one piece (apart from jigsaws!). If this is unfortunately not the case, please email us using the link on the left hand side and we will do our best to make amends as soon as possible.
